Microsoft’s site has published Internet Explorer Beta 2. The release is available in English, German, Japanese and Chinese languages for Windows XP, Vista, Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008, including 64-bit versions.
The second beta version, except for correction of numerous errors, provides improved security tools, called InPrivate. Among them there are tools for safe surfing without saving history, flexibility to delete personal data, remained after surfing, tools to provide information on safety of visited pages, etc.

Activities: quick commands available from the contextual menu. Among them being: Live Search, search on the map, sending by mail, translating, adding to online bookmarks, etc.
WebSlices: a feature similar to RSS.
Favorites Bar: reworked “Links”.
Improved antiphishing filter. It was added with the feature Safety Filter. This filter blocks not only sites where there is a risk of identity theft, but also sites distributing malicious code.
The final version is likely to be released till the end of the year.
