The company Matrox has released Matrox Imaging Library (MIL) version 9.0, a tried-and-true, reliable set of tools for analysis, recognition, change, reading and verification of various kinds of applications.
The new version of the program allows the most efficient use of modern hardware resources through optimization, allowing to realize the potential of the SIMD architecture, multi-core processors, multiprocessor systems, graphic processes and charts FPGA.
There is the support of a wide range of platforms: from smart cameras to high performance cluster computing systems. It is realized by using a single, user-friendly program interface. The benefits of the application also include the possibility of using any interfaces for images input into the system: being supported analogue, Camera Link Â®, GigE Vision â„¢, IEEE 1394 IIDC and RS-422/LVDS formats of data transmission.
Flexibility in the choice of operating system is given by the support by 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows Â®, as well as Linux.
