Photo Frames CS 3.27: update of the photo editor

A new version of Photo Frames CS 3.27 has been released, a universal program for stylish photo decorating into frames.
Photo Frames CS is pretty easy in use: you only have to open a graphic file and select a framework from one of the 8 categories ( about 100 frames on the total). You can also adjust brightness, contrast, apply a number of filters. Te result is available for full-screen viewing any moment. After registration users will get more frames and masks.

Support of formats BMP, JPEG, GIF, ICO, WMF, EMF, PNG, APS, TIFF;
Basis parameters of brightness, contrast, color;
Resizing and cropping;
Overlaying 6 kinds of frames;
