Sybase PowerDesigner 15: toolset for designing business applications

Sybase Corp. has announced a new version of PowerDesigner 15.
This excellent set of tools can be used by system architects, IT-specialists and business users to simulate business processes, building data models, designing databases and coping a number of other tasks. By means of this product, which will be released on Oct. 31, 2008, specialists will be able to take into account specific requirements in creating enterprise applications. PowerDesigner allows you to analyze the current and future architecture of the enterprise, to predict the impact of introduced changes and plan IT resources in the point of business objectives.
PowerDesigner 15 includes powerful tools of metadata management that will ensure compliance with industry and legislative standards and facilitate the transition to modern architecture (such as a service-oriented architecture).
The unique technology Link and Synch will allows the product PowerDesigner 15 to automatically detect the point of intersection between the different levels of buildings and prospects. Thus, users belonging to different groups can clearly imagine the consequences of making changes.
