Video Thumbnails Maker 1.0.0.9: previewing video files

A new version of Video Thumbnails Maker has been released, a program designed to create files for previewing video. The program processes video files, extracts frames of the given frequency and saves results in the form of graphic files. Video Thumbnails Maker work in the batch mode, processing a large number of video files at once. Saved files can be added with watermarks, information on time and various effects.
What`s new in this version:
Splash-screen when booting;
Choice of the circuit for the stamp of time; Saving results of the program`s work into JPG, BMP and PNG;
