WebCam Monitor 4.21: webcam monitoring

A new version of the program, designed for work with Web cameras has been released. WebCam Monitor is useful, especially to those who use a webcam for monitoring. The program can track a noise or movement in the focus and report it to the owner. Having detected any movement, the program may start recording video, making screenshots, sending notifications by mail, producing sound alarm, running another application.
WebCam Monitor can also upload recorded video on the FTP server, and send created screenshots via e- mail. WebCam Monitor can record video and perform other activities not only in the event of detecting movements or noise, but also at configured time intervals. This is useful, for example, when, sitting at work, you want to know what your child is doing at home.
The latest version corrects some mistakes.
