COMSOL Multiphysics updated to version 3.5

The company COMSOL announced the product COMSOL Multiphysics 3.5, an updated version of the industry-leading environmental for modeling physical systems.
With this package researchers and engineers will be able to simulate virtually any physical processes, the describe partial differential equation. Developers have managed to increase functionality of their product, to increase performance and reduce demands on resources of memory by including into the package new solvers and improving already existing ones. Tests hold showed increase in performance by three times in comparison with the previous version.
This version also introduces support of Parasolid and adds a new interface for bilateral interaction with the product of Autodesk Inventor.
Professionals are also offered more sophisticated tools for post-processing and visualization of models, as well as for sharing results of the analysis. The set of additional modules (AC / DC Module, Chemical Engineering Module, Earth Science Module, Heat Transfer Module, etc.) will simplify and accelerate solving specific tasks.
COMSOL Multiphysics 3.5 runs under Windows, Linux, Solaris and Macintosh.
