Dragon Age: Origins for consoles will be unusual
31st October 2008
BioWare has an extensive experience in creating role-playing games for consoles. Take, for instance, such as Jade Empire, Mass Effect, KOTOR. However, their new multiplatform project Dragon Age: Origins, according to the chief designer Brent Knowles, will be a bit unusual for this platform. The developer claims that this is not a typical console RPG.
The fact is that the project had been mainly designed for PC, and therefore remains all the features of computer games. The classic western RPG was adapted under Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The authors argue that all functions really well. It should be recalled that the PC version of the project in conjunction with tools to create modes will come out in early 2009. The console version will be released much later.
