Dr.Web for MIMEsweeper: to large and small business companies

The company Dr.Web reported start of sales of the new product Dr.Web for MIMEsweeper, designed to filter e-mail traffic from viruses and spam in companies of large and medium-sized businesses.
The plugin Dr.Web for MIMEsweeper checks and cleans from viruses e-mail traffic going through the server of content filtering ClearSwift MIMEsweeper.
Dr.Web for MIMEsweeper uses the technology of non-signture search from unknown viruses Origins Tracing, which adds the traditional signature search and heuristic analysis.
Filtering traffic from unwanted correspondence is performed through the library Vade Retro, which is also used in other products of Dr.Web. At detecting any threats Dr.Web for MIMEsweeper classifies unwanted mail, according to set ClearSwift MIMEsweeper policies and neutralizes discovered malicious sites.
Dr.Web for MIMEsweeper is installed on the same computers where the content filter ClearSwift MIMEsweeper for SMTP is installed, and works as a script of the first type filtering, recommended by SlearSwift. Dr.Web for MIMEsweeper performs the following actions:
checks e-mail messages, including archives in attachments to messages before they are processed by the mail server;
detects malicious software;
cures contaminated objects;
filters messages for spam;
blocks and moves infected and suspicious objects in quarantine;
produces regular automatic updates of virus bases.
