The offerings of the service management feature the Rational products for the purpose of automating the build cycle during the phase of development and Tivoli technologies for the software`s automatic deployment onto the production services and the management of performance as said by IBM.

Al Zollar, the general manager of IBM`s Tivoli software has said in one statement that was released by the company that the widespread use of Internet and the easy access to high computing power makes it all possible for the companies of all sizes to develop as well as delivering the innovative new products and the services.

Zollar further said that the new service management software of IBM will allow the businesses to automate whatever was previously a process of labor-intensive, with peace of mind that a new service is developed and also delivered quickly and accurately.

Some of the Integrations include Rational Test Lab Manager, Tivoli Application Dependency, Tivoli Provisioning Manager, and Discovery Manager, in order to help the companies to accelerate time to market through the streamlined discovery and the provisioning of the test lab and also of the production environments.
