Nintendo will lavish stores with DSi

The president of the American unit of Nintendo, Reggie Fils-Aime, told about the company`s intention to gradually promote a new game console DSi, leaving DS Lite on the second place. The manager frankly acknowledges that he wants to lavish all Americans with this console.
Fils-Aime also said that the new platform will go on sale only after April 2009. This delay is due to success of DS Lite, he says.
He also noted that users should not expect too much from the audio player and camera embedded into DSi. These tools will be used only as additional entertainment. Nintendo, apparently, will keep on focusing on games.
