Promotion of Left 4 Dead costs $10

The Valve studio has admitted in an interview to Edge that the advertising budget of the game Left 4 Dead will be nearly $10 million. The new project will be promoted on TV, in the net, in the press. Specialists even want to put billboards in the streets of major cities. The release of the product was already held on the 17th of November this year for Xbox 360 and PC. According to the head of Valve Gabe Newell, users really liked the toy. According to preliminary orders, this project is already 60% ahead of Orange Box.
The experts point out that about half of the 10- million budget will go to television. New trailers are planned to be promoted on TV since the 9th of November on such channels as ABC, ESPN, Fox, MTV, Comedy Central, USA, Spike TV.
