Swedish couple names their baby Linux

Christian Nielsen from Sweden reported to the online edition of Linux.com, that he and his wife Veronica called their recently born son Linux in honor of the open-source operating system GNU/Linux.
According to Nielsen, when they learnt about the pregnancy, the couple picked up several variants for the future of name of their child. But when the son was born, none of them seemed to be appropriate. And suddenly they both agreed that the baby looks like a small Linux, so they found the name for the baby.
According to Nielsen, the parents of the young couple found the name of Linux “unusual, but very nice”, while friends said that “it sounds great”. Moreover, some people wandered of the couple is going to name their next child after Microsoft.
