True Launch Bar 4.3

After an extensive testing, the final version of the small utility True Launch Bar. As it is can be seen from the name, the program is intended to replace the standard quick launch bar in a family of operating systems Windows.
It expands its functionality through modules (weather, the management of players, monitoring and many others). Full list of new features and changes is available on the official site of the program. Despite the commercial distribution, the inhabitants of some regions of East Europe can get a free license on special terms.
