WebCam Monitor 4.22: monitoring by means of webcam

A new version of the program has been released, designed to work with webcams. WebCam Monitor will be of use, especially, to those who use a webcam for monitoring. The program can trace the emergence of noise or movement in the focus and report about it to the owner. When tracing the movement, the program can start recording video file, making screenshots, sending notices by mail, giving an audible alarm, running different applications. WebCam Monitor can also upload recorded video on the FTP server, and send taken screenshots via e-mail. WebCam Monitor can record video and perform other actions not only in the event of movement or noise detection, but at specified time intervals. This is very convenient, for example, when sitting at work, you want to know what your child is doing at home.
