For instance, there is a support through Twitter, which is a library of software fix and can help the consumers to solve their problems with just a click, and some other diagnostic and repair tools are also available through the Windows 7 itself.

Lori Brownell who is the general manager of the product quality and for online support at the Microsoft Corporation has said that the Windows XP had a little built in support for connectivity issues and also Windows Vista operating system contained only a few diagnostics in order to assess the connectivity issues of the network but the software giant’s latest operating system Windows 7 is truly reflecting a broad customer feedback which has enabled the corporation to build one comprehensive set of resources which solve most pressing problems of the customers and is even keeping them ahead of their potential problems.
