ART Frames 5.15: framing your pics

Another version of a simple program for processing pictures. By means of ART Frames you can create frameworks of different types, using more than one hundred templates available, as well as flexible options such as thickness of frame, remoteness of the image, background color, etc…Any combination of these parameters can be saved as a template for further use. The program supports all major formats: BMP, JPEG, GIF, ICO, WMF, EMF, PNG, TIFF. Using it, you can perform basic operations, relating image correction: adjust brightness, contrast, color, crop and resize photos. In addition, there are some special effects, such as turning negative, adding noise, sepia.
The latest version introduces a new module to save files, visual optimization of JPEG, the possibility of imposing frames and batch photos processing.
