CA announces Service Desk Manager r12

The company CA has announced a new version of CA Service Desk Manager r12, a universal IT toolset, the components of which are distributed by other software manufacturers as stand alone products.

The software CA CMDB r12 will be included in the basic build of CA Service Desk Manager r12. The product can be purchased separately, as well.
