Creator of BlackSite: Area 51 indulges in confidences
30th November 2007
Harvey Smith, the principal designer of the shooter BlackSite: Area 51, recently frankly admitted that the game turned not really good. The developer blames lack of time for it. Because of the paucity of time allocated to polishing up the original product, BlackSite had many mistakes and shortcomings.
However, the developer also surprised at the fact that critics were unable to find political satire in his shooter. Perhaps, it was a large number of bugs that prevented journalists from taking a deeper look at the project from Midway. Today, this shooter covering the fight against alien monsters on the Earth, awarded 66.1% for the Xbox 360 version. It is unfortunate that the authors did not manage to get rid of annoying gaps. Cause in this case they could as well get much higher ratings.
