EximiousSoft GIF Creator 5.70: creating GIF animation

A new version of EximiousSoft GIF Creator has come out, a program for creating animated GIF images, including banners and avatars.
Despite its small size, the program has many tools to create a new image directly in the editor window, and also to use the finished video files and sequences of image files.
EximiousSoft GIF Creator supports multiple formats such as GIF, AVI, BMP, PCX, JPG, TIFF, PNG, TGA, PSD, ICO, CUR, ANI, SWF, etc.
The new version adds new effects to create animation and corrects some mistakes.
