Feedreader 3.11: free RSS news reader

A new version of the comfortable free program for reading RSS news has been released. Feedreader offers several modes for viewing news, the choice between which should be done, depending on how you save internet-traffic. Thus, you can view only the text of the news in the program`s window, or download all the images. The program notifies you about the emergence of fresh news by changing the color of the icon in the system tray, as well as by means of the pop-up window. In Feedreader it is very handy to search for news by a keyword, as the search is dynamic, i.e., appropriate headlines appear in the process of the request. There is a possibility of creating “smart” news or filters. Working in accordance with such filters, the program can sort the news by its content.
The latest version adds a new type of notification, which appears in the middle of the screen and does not disappear after a few seconds. It can be used in order not to miss important news. In addition, this version adds test to help in identification of problems in connecting to the Internet, downloading news protected by a password; corrects mistakes.
