Firefox 3.1 - whta is your special for Beta 2?
11th November 2008
The second beta version of Firefox 3.1, to be released in November, 21, will have a new mode of Private Browsing, in which the browser will not save any data on the user's online activity. In this mode, your computer will not have any traces of surfing but downloaded files and bookmarks added by the user. The command Private Browsing, meant for activating this mode, will be added to the menu Tools. Before starting the safe session Firefox will offer to save and close all open windows and tabs.
In addition to the safe mode, the second beta version of Firefox 3.1 is expected to have other interesting innovations, such as an alternative to Speed Dial in Opera, improvements in the tabs bar, etc...
Looking forward!
