Illegal Pirates Of File Sharing Under Target

The lawyers are working on targeting the suspected pirates, who have been involved in the illegal sharing of movies and videos and it is expected that around 15,000 suspects are going to receive legal letters.
ACS: Law is planning to send letters to these convicts, who will help in settling the issue, out of the court, but it will cost hundreds of pounds. The lawyers, who are defending the convicts, says that such actions is nothing less than scattergun approach, which is going to trap and harm innocent people.
According to ACS: law, there is no one, who has received a letter, mistakenly, but all those receivers are proved culprits. According to the official of the firm; Andrew Crossley, the firm is just trying to protect the products of its clients. He said that the firm is encouraging all the culprits to settle down the issue out of the courts by compromising on certain specifications and deals. And if the case enters into the courts, then it would be very difficult for the accused persons, to settle the issue and they will have to pay hundreds of extra pounds. Most of the culprits are accused of downloading poronography.
