InstantGet 2.07: regular update of the download manager

The popular download manager has been updated. The program has all the basic options characteristic of such utilities: splits the file into several parts, allows a user to conveniently manage files and to search in the list of downloaded files. The program supports FTP, HTTP, proxies, cookies, sites requiring authorization to log in.
The latest version adds support of several popular sites for viewing online video; adds the possibility of dragging links to the video file into the floating program window; improves automatic updates.
