MediaInfo 0.7.7.8: detailed information on video files

Another version of the free program, which provides detailed information on audio and video files. The program shows which codec was used to compress a video, which bitrate, ratio and number of frames per second.
For audio files MediaInfo shows used codecs, bitrate, language, number of channels, sampling frequency, etc. Having shown file details, the program will then advise where you can download missing codecs or players.
MediaInfo supports many formats for audio and video files, including DivX, QuickTime, Real, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DVD (VOB), OGG, MP3. It also works with different subtitle formats, including SRT, SSA, ASS, SAMI. The resulting data can be saved in the form of reports in CSV, or HTML.
The latest version provides updated language modules, support of DTS High Resolution Audio, DTS Master Audio, DTS Express and AES3 (PCM), support of E-AC-3 in MPEG-4 container.
