Microsoft Has Targeted The AdSense Of Google With Its OpenX Deal

Microsoft has just added another layer of its weapons in the battle against Google and some others for search advertising. Redmond, which is a Wash.-based software giant has inked one deal with the OpenX Technologies which will be directly competing with the AdSense business of the Google. Also the Pasadena, which is a Calif.-based OpenX is independent ad server for the web publishers.
OpenX is the preferred partner for the enterprise ad serving business of the Microsoft' Corp. and will be promoting Microsoft's Content Ads too, which is a program that matches the ads to their specific editorial content, by giving advertisers an increased effectiveness and also the future products for the web publishers.
Scott Howe who is the corporate vice president of the Advertiser & Publisher Solutions of Microsoft has said that the Corporation believes in rapid innovation and also the openness is foundational to the great advertising technology. He also said that they are pleased to make partners with such a company who supports the vision of Microsoft. OpenX is one leading technology provider for the valuable options and also the solutions to publisher community and, by the extension, digital advertising ecosystem on the whole.
As a part of this agreement, OpenX will be promoting Microsoft's Content Ads in two different ways. OpenX will be integrating the Content Ads so that the program can also be used by the publishers who are signing up for the OpenX Market.
