Microsoft releases free antivirus

Microsoft has released a free anti-virus package Morro, reports TechRadar. It will be designed for users of cheap computers in less developed countries.
Morro is expected to come out in the second half of 2009. According to the developers, the antivirus program will protect your computer from most of online threats, including viruses, spyware and Trojans.
The basis of Morro will be the service Live OneCare. The latter is a commercial antivirus package from Microsoft. It is to cease to be sold in the middle of next year.
Morro antivirus will be a supplement application for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.
