mIRC 6.31: communication in IRC-networks

A new version of the client program for work in IRC- networks has come out. Among the possibilities of the program there are sending and receiving files directly from the sender to the receiver, programmable aliases, colored lighting of text lines, events manager, the support of sounds, the ability to give commands remotely.
The latest version of the program modifies its interface and corrects some errors reported by the users. Scenario editor has been changed as well.
