New version of Polyglossum 3.71

Electronic Dictionary of English irregular verbs Polyglossum contains 237 English verbs with all their conjugation forms: on the whole, 1069 words to search in all word forms.
Version 3.71 improves search in all dictionaries, eliminates dependence on the user's language settings in Windows, adds new key combinations for quickly search in all the dictionaries.
The Dictionary English irregular verbs Polyglossum can be used separately as a grammar reference or as a training program.
The program will be of most use in conjunction with other Polyglossum dictionaries.
