OpenXML / ODF: new version of the converter for Word, Excel and Powerpoint

A new test version of the converter OpenXML / ODF Translator for Word, Excel and Powerpoint has been released. The converter is designed to convert documents Open XML in the OpenDocument. Remember that the Open XML format is used in Office 2007 by default. OpenDocument is the format in which documents are stored in OpenOffice program, and several others. It was adopted as a standard for office applications by the organization OASIS (Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards), and even passed the ISO certification.
Open XML Translator is an open source project. It is situated on the SourceForge.net site and is distributed under the BSD License. The program can be used for free. The latest version adds a multilingual support.
