Opera 9.61: update of the popular browser

A new version of Opera has come out. This is one of the fastest and most flexible browsers today. You can change its appearance to your own taste by means of innumerous interface settings, skins and some other means. The program can switch on and off the graphics "on the fly" and also has the proprietary technology of scaling Web pages through which users almost never see a horizontal scroll bar.
The release 9.61 fixes some bugs relating to the security system and, therefore, are strongly recommended for all users of the browser. In addition, the developers corrected errors in data synchronization using Opera Link, added some new parameters.
