Oracle introduced Siebel CRM 8.1.1

The company Oracle within its program Â«Applications UnlimitedÂ» has introduced a new version of the system to manage relationships with customers, called Siebel CRM 8.1.1.
The main difference between the new version of Siebel CRM from its previous versions is the reliance on open standards, improved self - service tools and flexible mechanism to control the loyalty of consumers. The technical basis of Siebel CRM 8.1.1 is the technology of Siebel Self-Service, which includes Siebel eSupport and Siebel eCommerce, as well as Java-applications based on the platform J2EE, which, in turn, is based on the intermediate software Oracle Fusion Middleware.
The application Platform Oracle Fusion Middleware helps to expand the CRM-system Siebel, completely covering the area of trade and communication through the Internet. The system Siebel CRM 8.1.1 now provides solutions organization of clients` self-service in the sectors of telecommunication services and the public sector. Also in the system includes such applications as Siebel Chat and powerful search tools. The module Siebel Loyalty in version 8.1.1 provides implementation of the full cycle of controlling the loyalty of customers by offering tools of registration and control of participants of the loyalty support programs, including charging and withdrawal of points, etc…
Siebel Sales 8.1.1 module has an improved user interface. Options of sales forecasting now provide commands with sufficient flexibility to control and exchange information in cross-groups. The system Siebel CRM 8.1.1 offers a new feature of registering transactions for better control of sales in network distribution.
