Software Has Shielded The Online Banking On Infected Pcs

A U.K. based security company has given to banks; free security software which it says that can block the malicious software from manipulating the online banking transactions or the stealing of data, even when the computer is infected.
The product is called SafeOnline and has come from Prevx which is a small security company present in Derby, England.
This module is particularly designed for offering the additional layer of security for a secure browsing session that are conducted with the technology of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and is indicated by https in the URL of the browsers.
The cybercriminals are increasingly developing the sophisticated software, and is known as the man in the middle or the man in the browser attacks, which can intercept the online banking transactions while being in progress and transferring the funds and the user believe that nothing is awry. SafeOnline also installs a kernel-level driver of its own on the Windows PCs. In a secure browsing session, all of the information from keyboard is routed via that driver that defeats the attempts to record the keystrokes or other of ther interference as said by Mel Morris, Prevx's, the CEO and the CTO. SafeOnline has also been tested by the Immunity, which is such a company that specializes in the evaluation of the security technology.
