A powerful program for configuring Windows has been updated. It provides a tool for analyzing hard disks, a utility to restore deleted files, a tool to remove data from hard or floppy disks without the possibility of recovery, an anti-virus package and firewall.
In addition, it provides an opportunity to clean up unwanted files from the disc, repair the registry and set the system for maximum performance. System Mechanic remembers all actions and makes up detailed report, which indicates how much space have been released on the disk as the result of its work, how many harmful modules found and defused, how many unnecessary files deleted, etc.
The program comes out in two versions. Professional differs by availability of antivirus, firewall, a tool for removing files and tool for their recovery.
