Unified Communications Monitor: monitoring voice and video quality

NetQoS adds advanced features of diagnosis and reports generating on the quality of services of IP-telephony and support of Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007.
NetQoS Inc. has announced a new version of its product for monitoring, VoIP Monitor 2.0, which will be henceforth called NetQoS Unified Communications Monitor. The developers added monitoring the voice and video quality for Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007. It is meant to improve monitoring VOIP quality in convergent networks.
NetQoS Unified Communications Monitor v2.0 quickly and accurately generates reports on voice services (both narrowband and broadband) and video transmission services in a unified communication environment of Microsoft. Getting quality metrics directly from Microsoft's Quality of Experience (QoE) Monitoring Server, Unified Communications Monitor Records generates reports on the quality of services to end-users without the use of additional devices to gather information.
The enhanced functionality of NetQoS Unified Communications Monitor includes:
Automatic investigations: the possibility of automatic investigation to analyze problems with calls (by users` complaints).
Automatic, proactive notification of problems: increased proactive monitoring by adding notification of problems with calls processing server.
Improved support of the MSP environment.
