Video Charge 3.16.4: all that can be done to video files

Another update of the utility for creating video galleries, cutting and splicing files and converting from one format to another. The program can cut video and audio files into equal parts, process them by means of filters. It also has its own FTP-client for downloading files.
Some of the program`s features:
Support of a variety of video formats, including Mpeg1, ASF, WMV, WMA;
Working with audio data in RIFF;
Cutting not only the whole file, but selected parts of it;
Support of BMP, GIF, PNG, TIFF, JPEG;
Setting quality of video and sound in the output files.
