A new version of the program called Video Thumbnails Maker has come out. The utility can make preview pictures out of virtually any video files, provided with compatible decoders.
The utility has a wide range of settings. It supports batch processing, splitting into scenes, watermarks, cutting corners, frames, shadows, alpha channels, adding information about the video, transparency, colors and fonts, and much more.
