VideoCharge 3.16.5: work with video

Regular update for the tool to create video galleries, cut and splice video files and their conversion. The program can cut video and audio files to equal parts, process them using filters, and also has its own FTP-client for files downloading.
What`s new in this version:
Support of a variety of formats, including Mpeg1, ASF, WMV, WMA;
Working with audio data in RIFF;
Cutting not only the whole file, but selected parts of it;
Support of BMP, GIF, PNG, TIFF, JPEG;
Setting video and sound quality in the output files.
Fixed errors.
