Vista Transformation Pack 9.0: turning your OS shell into a real beauty

At last, a new release of the package called Vista Transformation Pack has come out.
Today there is hardly a user who have never heard about any kind of modifiers for Windows operating system, and it is unlikely that none of them have ever tried to take advantage of such utilities to Â«improveÂ» the appearance of their OS.
To this group belong special sets of resources to modify the system appearance, also known as Â«shell-packagesÂ». They make it possible to change beyond recognition that standard and, frankly speaking, sick-`n`-tired-of shell of Windows. It is this category of programs that Vista Transformation Pack is from.
