WebCam Monitor 4.24: tracking through webcams

A new version of the program designed to work with webcams has come out. WebCam Monitor will be of use, especially, to those who use a webcam to observe. The program can trace the emergence of noise or movement in the frame and report it to the owner. If it detects movements, the program can start recording video, make screenshots, send notices by e-mail, give sound alarm, run different applications. WebCam Monitor can also upload recorded video on FTP- server, and sent taken screenshots via e-mail. WebCam Monitor can record video and perform other activities not only in the event of movement or noise detection, but also at specified time intervals. This is handy, for example, when sitting at work, you want to know what your child is doing at home.
The latest version corrects some mistakes.
