WebCam Monitor 5.15: excellent addition to you web cam for surveillance

The program, designed to work with Web cameras has been updated to version 5.15.
WebCam Monitor will be greatly appreciated by those who use web camera for surveillance. The program can track the emergence of noise or movement in the shot and inform the owner about that. In the same case the program can start recording video automatically, as well; make screenshots; send a notice by mail; give a sound alarm; run other applications, etc...
WebCam Monitor can also upload recorded videos on the FTP-server, and sent taken screenshots via e-mail. WebCam Monitor can record video and perform other activities not only in case a movement or noise occurs, but also at set time intervals.
The latest version fixes some bugs.
