Artweaver 0.4.9.1: alternative to Corel Painter

A new version of Artweaver has been released, a free painting program. The program is very much like the earlier versions of Corel Painter and has a variety of tools that make it possible to imitate painting with brush, chalk, pencil, coal, etc. The program supports work with layers and popular formats of TIFF, TGA, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG. You can paint with the help of a mouse, and by means of the graphic pad as well.
The latest version has introduced a Portable- version, corrects errors, encountered when working under Windows Vista, as well as errors in transforming objects.
