Autoruns 9.0: controlling system startup

A small free utility by Mark Russinovich has been updated. Remember that became famous in the whole world when he found a rootkit in the program, released on SonyBMG audio disks. Later on, Markâ€™s company Winternals Software and his site Sysinternals was bought by Microsoft and Sysinternals is now a part of Microsoft TechNet portal.
Autoruns shows, which programs are loaded at the start of your system. Among them there are those which are not visible in the folder "Startup", but some included in some registry keys. In order to view the properties of a program, you simply need to select it and use the button on the programâ€™s toolbar. All files running together with Windows are easy to remove.
The latest version improves support of alternative search engines, adds displaying information on scheduled assignments of Windows Vista and sidebar gadgets.
