BioWare eager to finish Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic very soon

The company BioWare uses in its multiplayer game Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic the technology of HeroEngine.
According to the developers, this solution significantly reduces time required to create the product.
The main advantage of this solution lies in the fact that professionals have an opportunity to work in various locations on various parts of the project, and then put them together directly on the server. They also can update and modify the existing code almost instantly, thus, seriously simplifying the entire process.
