Boss OF BT: The Only Homeowner With Broadband
1st December 2009
According to the British Telecom (BT), the chairman of this company is the only person, living in the village of Oxfordshire-Buckinghamshire, who has broadband facility in his home. Other people, living in Hambleden have complaints that they cannot have the facility of broadband because of the distance from the exchange.
BT has said that the connection of broadband, given to Sir Michael Rake, is only the part of trying out the workability of the company`s new technology. And no other company can afford to provide this facility to the people, living in this area.
According to the reservations of a local resident, it is not a fair deal and is quite unjustifiable. He has said that the chairman should resign from his post. Company has issued a statement that trails of new and innovative technologies can only be done with the officials of the company, in order to have control over any kind of unusual situation.
This trial has provided lots of lessons to the company, which will be beneficial for the locals of this area. They will be able to avail the best and problem free technology. This is the reason, why the company always prefers to go for the trails first and then introduces its technology to the common people.
