Chinese teenager set on fire his classmate because of computer game

A 17-year-old Chinese young man set fire to his classmate in the yard of their school.
Explaining his actions, the teenager said that at the moment he turned into a “fire mage” from the multiplayer game World of Warcraft.
The “fire mage” had prepared in advance to commit the arson. He had purchased gas five days earlier. In addition, the teenager had talked another classmate into luring the victim out to the school yard “to talk”. As a result, the arsonist was sentenced to eight years of jail, his accomplice - to seven years. In addition, the families of the teenagers would pay about $100000 of compensation to the family of the victim.
Unfortunately, there is no information about the health of the fire mage`s victim.
