Duke Nukem Forever: postponed again because of consoles
28th December 2007
Scott Miller from 3D Realms said in his interview to MCV that the company plans to simultaneously release Duke Nukem Forever for several platforms. There are no exact arrangements so far, but the sponsors are thinking over the idea.
It is noticeable, that earlier this project had been intended to come out for PC only, but, given the changed situation in the market, adapting the project for game consoles seems inevitable. Unfortunately, as rightly believe journalists of Voodoo Extreme, spreading resources on several ports may adversely affect the timing. We hope that 3D Realms will not postpone the already prolonged development and try to release the project in 2008-2009.
