Electronic Arts will publish Brutal Legend

Finally, Electronic Arts confirmed its publishing the promising action/adventure of Brutal Legend, being now developed by Double Fine. This very project has been recently turned down by Activision Blizzard.
Tim Schafer is involved in the game creation, a well-known developer who has participated in creating The Secret of Monkey Island, Full Throttle and Grim Fandango, all the best adventures from LucasArts. We`d like to remind you that the primary role in this product is given to a famous Hollywood actor, Jack Black. He will voice the character of Eddie Riggs, who suddenly finds himself in a strange fantasy world.
Brutal Legend is to be released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in Fall 2009.
