F-PROT Antivirus 6.0.1 for Linux

A new version of the antivirus for Linux F-PROT has been released. The program is capable of scanning hard drives, floppy disks, network drives, files on CD / DVD, finding macro viruses and trojans. You can run scanning as scheduled.
The sixth version of the program includes a new version of scanning engine, which differs significantly from that which was used in the fifth release. In addition, the definition of viruses is now stored in a single file, not in three, as it was before. The procedure of updates has been improved.
Version 6.0.1 contains bug fixes. In addition, it supports the operating system Solaris Sparc and Solaris x86.
F-PROT Antivirus 6.0.1 is available for 32-bit systems only.
