The program of H1-B helps the companies for bringing the skilled immigrants who meet some of the specific conditions in the country for more than 6 years. A maximum of the 65,000 of the ordinary H1-B visas have been issued by the government of the United States during one fiscal year, and additional 20,000 of the H1-B to the foreign nations who are holding some of the advanced degrees, which means that the program contains a total cap of 85,000 of the visas. Only 4,000 of the H1-B visa slots are remaining and the those foreign tech workers who do not get a visa during the year, will have to wait till the month of October of the next year.
